September 14, 2012 (Day 1)

 This is day 1 of my commitment to get fit.

 I ate crappy for  breakfast and lunch but recovered nicely with a Funky Monkey ProFIT shake for dinner (www.need2wrap.com).

  
My sweet hubs went walking with me and kept me motivated thru all of my jogging intervals (thank God for him). I made it and did 2.53 miles in 38:03 mins which comes out to about a 15 min/mile (not so great). The positive thing is that I did it.

I look like shit, but I earned my red run face!! =)
