~My November Exercise Plan~

October was a fabulous month for me!! I quite literally worked my ass off between Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and the C25K program. I did take a few days rest due to working late and a migraine but overall I rocked it!

So for November I decided to take it up a notch and start Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30! My plan is to workout with the RI30 at least 5 times per week (shooting for daily tho) and the C25K program 3-4 days per week! I also started Weight Watchers Online about a month ago and I plan to continue on with that program. I have seen great results so far.

What I have learned so far from my weight loss journey:

1. I need exercise like some people need medication. It's therapeutic.
2. I feel best when I workout daily. Skipping a day makes me feel guilty AND grumpy.
3. It's not a diet. It's a having a healthy lifestyle.
4. Drink water and drink a lot of it.
5. Think happy thoughts and smile at yourself in the mirror. You are beautiful.

I love that I'm not the only one doing RI30 in November! I'm taking Sunday off as a rest day from both my running/walking and RI30. Can't wait to see your results!!

I'm excited to see the difference it makes. I did day 1 today and loved it!!
