I have to share my NSV from this weekend but before I do let me preface with my story. I am a happily married mother of 3 boys (ages 13, 10, and 9 months). Since having sweet boy #3 in January I have had a very difficult losing weight and being motivated to workout. I have literally been wearing the same 2 pairs of pants for months (mainly because I refuse to purchase a bigger size) and as far as shirts, ugh, I was still wearing my maternity shirts (boo). On September 14th (yes I know the exact date) I seriously started working my a$$ off. Like 2 times a day most days with only about 5 days of "rest". I recently completed the 30DS and am on week 6 of C25K. I started noticing results like 2-3 weeks in but nothing major. I mainly felt stronger and my jeans were a little more comfortable. Recently I've been told by a few different people (other than my hubs) that I "look" like I've lost weight (which I have but I didn't realize it was enough for others to notice). So today I decided to try on a pair of my old jeans just to see how much further I had to go to get back into my size 8 pre baby #3 jeans. Now these jeans I tried were not an 8 but a small size 10. I could not believe it when I put them on and they zipped up comfortably...whoa...they fit?!! <Insert me jumping up and down, high fiving my hubs!!> This group has been a large source of my motivation. Congratulations! That is one of the best feelings to be able to comfortably put on a smaller pant size.
