Wednesday Weigh-in (10/03/2012)

Not happy with the scale this morning. It reflects a 1.4 lb gain. Yes I know that muscle weighs more than fat but it still sux ass that the scale won't tip in my favor. I have been working hard and eating well.

On the bright side I have had some NSVs this week to include my measurements:

Waist = 36
Hips= 42

(Both reflecting a loss)

I just want to see the 160s soon. Please?!

I wish there wasn't so much emphasis put on how much you weigh...then maybe the NSVs would keep me from being down!

YAAAAY weight loss!!! You will get out the 170's soon it is a progress... I'm dying to get back in the 170's LOL... Sorry for the delayed response on my own post but I fixed it so you can follow me now if you like! Good luck and keep losing I will be reading!!!!
